The vision & mission
The Department of Comparative Education and Educational Administration aims to achieve comprehensive communication between the community and its needs, and the outputs of the Faculty of Education in general. Specifically, the department seeks to provide its students with the latest educational programs and studies.
The mission of the department is centered around three main aspects:
- Providing high-quality educational services and equipping student teachers with the foundations and principles necessary to develop the educational process through various means, including: a comprehensive curriculum, modern knowledge resources, advanced technological teaching methods, excellent management, and community engagement with the school community.
- Collaborating with external institutions by offering training services and administrative consultations in the educational field to enhance the human competencies in the educational process, broaden their horizons, and provide them with the necessary experiences and practices for the profession.
- Awarding various academic degrees in its different specializations and training postgraduate students on scientific research skills, methods, methodologies, and steps, as well as how to conduct individual research and participate in group research to apply theories and use them in solving educational problems and issues.sion
