Benha University deans, deputies, Faculty members' staffs, employees and students congratulate Prof. Gamal Al -Saeed, Benha University President for the confidence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to appoint him as a Senator of People's Assembly.
BU Leaders expressed their happiness with this choice, which confirms the political leadership's confidence in the university's professors and scientific expertise.
Prof.Gamal Al- Saeed took over Presidency of Benha University in 932019. During his presidency, the University achieved tangible achievements in various sectors by working in the spirit of the team.
Al-Saeed also accomplished many projects such as completing and operating the new facilities at Obour Branch and also starting work at the new Specialized Hospital of Benha University. In his presidency, he could complete most of the academic and administrative structures of the University.

Prof. Dr. Gamal Al -Saeed, Benha University President said that the Ranking Web of Universities (Webometrics ) has announced its new ranking of 2021 indicating that Benha University has occupied the rank 948 where the University has achieved progress 133 comparing to its place 1117 according to July Ranking 2020.
Prof.Dr. Gamal Al -Saeed congratulated all the staff, employees and workers on the occasion of the new achievement and hopes more achievements and progress on the local and universal level. El Saeed also said that the new achievement is according to the new strategy of Benha University to improve its researches and researchers abilities.
Prof. Dr. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Post Graduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs said that according to that ranking, the University has maintained its world place occupied in 2021 with improvement in its performance at the citation and teaching, as well as the international outlook comparing with the previous year.

Benha University President honored the student Mohamed Refaee, Benha University Student Union President and the student Hager Garwany , the Vice President of Student Union after their winning of the Student Union Elections 2020.
The meeting was held in presence of Prof. Gamal El Saeed who hoped for them best wishes and great success, Prof. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students` Affairs and Prof. Nasser El Gizawy, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches ' Affairs.
