Strategic Goals

The Faculty seeks to achieve the following goals:

• Preparing high school graduates, their equivalents, and graduates of various university institutes and faculties for the teaching profession, and working to integrate the student’s personality and develop his creative thinking.
• Raising the professional, scientific and educational level of workers in the field of education and learning about modern educational trends.
• Preparing specialists and leaders in various educational fields.
• Providing new cadres of faculty members, capable of following up on the scientific and global movement and following up on achieving the mission of the Faculty of Education.
• Conducting research and studies in the various fields of specialization in the Faculty, providing technical advice in them and in educational problems, and publishing the results of scientific, educational research and studies.
• Contributing to the development of educational thought and spreading modern educational trends and their applications in solving environmental and societal problems.
• Holding and organizing local, regional and international seminars and conferences in various branches of knowledge.
