Dr.Tamer Samir inspects the First Semester Exams at Faculty of Law

Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, Benha University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs inspected the first semester exams at faculty of Law. During his tour, Prof. Tamer Samir was accompanied by Dr.Reda Abd El Haleem, the Faculty dean and his deputies. It's worth mentioning that the visit comes within the framework of the keenness of Prof. Gamal Sosa, President of Benha University, to follow up the work of the first semester exams and to provide all means of comfort and care for students. Prof. Tamer Samir confirmed on completing all the necessary preparations of exams and taking all precautionary measures between students and participants at organizing exams of the First semester. He also praised Faculty of Law preparations for exams and taking all precautionary measures.

After Achieving 99% Completion Rate: BU President reviews Efforts of the Unified Governmental Complaints System

Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa , Benha University President has reviewed the annual report of the efforts of the Unified Governmental Complaints System during the last year at the level of 23 sub-units at Benha University. Benha University President assured on raising capabilities of the Unified Governmental Complaints System at Benha University to keep pace with various events and changes.
Benha University President indicated that the Unified Governmental Complaints system at Benha University had received 1,644 complaints until December 31, with a completion rate of 99%, according to the general indicator issued by the government complaints system, with an increase of 35% over the year 2020, and Benha University achieved high rates in accomplishing and resolving these complaints according to the report of the Governmental Complaints System in the Council of Ministers. Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa also explained that the development rate of receiving complaints during the last year reflects the sensitivity of the system to various events and changes, in addition to the citizens' confidence in it and to ensure that the necessary measures are taken to resolve complaints, and reduce the causes of their recurrence, which confirms that the system has become known, close to citizens and effective in the same time.

the Faculty of Applied Arts dean ,Dr.Karam Abd El Ghany , the Faculty of Computer & Artificial Intelligence dean and Dr. Waleed Tallat , the acting dean of Physical Therapy Faculty.
