From January to September 2025, Benha University's Unified Government Complaints System received 4,705 complaints, requests, and appeals (3,870 individual complaints and 835 university-related complaints). 97.93% of these were reviewed and processed according to complaint investigation protocols before being forwarded to relevant authorities for resolution.
Prof. El-Gizawy praised the efforts of the university's Citizen Service Department and the teams managing the complaints system across faculties, hospitals, administrative units, and university cities. He issued strict instructions to ensure all university-affiliated entities respond promptly to citizen complaints, requests, and appeals across all platforms, including social media and traditional media. These efforts have garnered positive feedback, with many citizens publicly thanking the University for its Responsiveness.
The report noted that the increased volume of complaints in 2025 compared to previous years reflects both the system's adaptability to evolving challenges and growing public trust in its effectiveness. A new communication hub was also activated to directly channel citizen complaints to the University for Faster Resolution.

Under the auspices of Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, the University's Anti-Violence Against Women Unit organized an awareness seminar titled "Domestic Violence and Its Repercussions on Society" at the Faculty of Education. This initiative aligns with the unit's efforts to promote societal awareness and combat all forms of violence against women.
The event was attended by:
• Prof. Nevin Abdel-Sabour, Director of the Anti-Violence Unit
• Prof. Mona Zaazaa, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education for Community Service and Environmental Development
• Prof. Ibrahim El-Ghoneimy, Head of the Mental Health and Special Education Department
• Prof. Hind Yahya, Unit Coordinator at the Faculty of Education, who delivered the seminar's keynote address.
Prof. Nevin Abdel-Sabour highlighted that the seminar was coordinated with Prof. Rania Moataz, Assistant University Secretary for Community Service and Environmental Development. She emphasized the seminar's focus on critical themes, including:
1. Forms and manifestations of domestic violence
2. Psychological and social impacts on individuals and society
3. Legal and legislative frameworks
4. The role of educational institutions in mitigating domestic violence
Prof. Abdel-Sabour further noted the seminar's emphasis on fostering awareness of women's rights within the university community and empowering women to confront violence and discrimination. She reiterated the unit's commitment to organizing programs that build a safe and supportive environment for women.
Students expressed strong appreciation for the Anti-Violence Unit's efforts, praising its role in promoting a culture of respect and equality. They stressed the importance of continuing such initiatives to strengthen awareness across the university community.

Benha University Organized Training Program for International Students on General and Personal Skills

 Under the auspices of :

  • Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University,
  • Prof. Jehan Abdel Hady, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research,
  • Leadership Preparation Center in collaboration with the university’s International Students Sector

is organizing an intensive training program for international students focused on general and personal skills. This initiative aligns with the university’s policy to build student capabilities, with events continuing until Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

The program is supervised by:

  • Prof. Ibrahim Rageh, General Supervisor of the Leadership Preparation Center
  • Prof. Ahmed Youssef, Executive Director of the International Students Sector at Benha University
  • Prof. Ahmed Nagib, Deputy General Supervisor of the Center

The 18-hour training, spanning three days, covers communication skills, time management, effective presentation, and other essential competencies. Participants will receive a certificate of completion upon finishing the program.
