The faculty of arts organizes an awareness forum entitled “the media workers skills in the era of Artificial intelligence” under the auspices of Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the University president, prof.Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development, prof.Dr. Amgad Hegazi, the faculty’s dean. Prof.Dr. Arabi EL-Tohki, the faculty’s vice dean of community service and environment development says that this forum is conducted in cooperation with Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary-general of community service and environment development for the students of media department. It’s noteworthy that the prof.Dr. Mohamed Abdel EL-Badea3 delivers the lecture.    

 Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the university president conducts a tour to inspect the medical service of the patients in the University hospital various departments. He was accompanied by prof.Dr. Amr EL-Dakakney, the executive manager of the hospitals and prof.Dr. Mohamed Shaker, the head of emergency department in the hospitals to make sure that everything, during the night shift, is up and running in the emergency department. The University president asserts that the university hospitals should be fully supported so as to be able to provide quality health care services to the residents of Qulubia governorate and the nearby governorates.

Benha University organizes an awareness-oriented convoy to the village of Kafr Abed/ Toukh in accordance with “we have got your back” initiative. This convoy comes under the auspices of prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the University president, prof.Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development, prof.Dr. Magdy EL-Shahat, the dean of the faculty of education, prof.Dr. Mona Salim, the faculty’s vice dean of community service and environment development, Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary-general of community service and environment development and prof.Dr. Mahmoud EL-Sabroot, the head of youth and sport directorate in Qulubia.

In accordance with increasing the societal awareness and serving the community, the faculty of arts organizes an awareness forum entitled “Social media behavioral addiction”. This forum is conducted under the auspices of Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the University president, prof.Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the vice president of community service and environment development, prof.Dr. Amgad Hegazi, the faculty’s dean, prof.Dr. Arabi EL-Tohki, the faculty’s vice dean of community service and environment development and in cooperation with Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant secretary-general of community service and environment development. Dr. Eman Abdel Rahman in the psychology department and Dr. Shimaa bakry in the department of Arabic language and literature deliver the speech in this forum.   

Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs goes on a sudden tour to inspect several centers and educational units. He starts his tour by visiting “Creativa” center so as to discuss the ways of cooperation with the talented center in the University. It’s noteworthy that this center aims at developing the students’ skills and gets them properly qualified to meet the demands of the marketplace in the fields of IT and entrepreneurship. He also inspects the E-exams center where the mid-term exams of the faculty of physical therapy is conducted to make sure that everything is up and running. The vice president of educational and students affairs visits the University studio to attend the practical internship of the 2nd grade students of the education technology department in the faculty of specific education.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the University president hosts, in his office, the faculties’ members’ club board in the presence of prof.Dr. Yakoot EL-Sonosy, the chairman of the board. EL-Gizaway congratulates the board on their trust put in them to perform their job duties while wishing them success and prosperity. The University president asserts that the meeting is about the faculties’ members’ club- related topics.

Benha University announces that the application deadline for the University professional development center vacancies is extended till the end of February. These vacancies are designed for the university’s faculties members and employees so as to implement the protocol into action that’s signed between Benha University and the American university in Cairo and it’s noteworthy that this program is funded by the USAID. The center aims to serve the University’s students and alumni, develop the students’ skills to help them plan for their career path. To this purpose, the center will cooperate with several companies and businesses to provide internships, jobs and useful educational programs. For those interested, kindly submit your CVs in English to the office of the faculty of engineering/Shubra dean mentioning the vacancy the applicant wants to fill in a period of time no longer than 30/11/2023.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the university president inaugurates a TOT course to hone the faculties’ members’ potentials. It’s noteworthy that this course is organized by faculties’ members’ leadership development center. EL-Gizaway stresses that this course aims to prepare the participants to teach excellent and up to-date programs. He also contends that the center seeks to develop the academic and administrative potentials of the faculties’ members so as to achieve the University’s development strategy.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the university president stresses that the University is keen to implement openness policy and cooperate with the international Universities in either conducting research projects or applying to scholarships for the students or the faculties’ members. This is happened as the University president hosts Ms. Enga Levantiski, the cultural affairs officer in the U.S Embassy to discuss the ways of cooperation between the University and the American Universities in the field of students and faculties’ members’ exchange. It’s noteworthy that this orientation workshop is organized by the international relations office of the university about the programs and the scholarships of U.S Embassy in the presence of prof.Dr. Abd EL-Fattah Monged, the head of the international relations office of the University and Ms. Rania EL-Sayed, senior cultural affairs specialist in the U.S Embassy.

Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the university president stresses that the university is keen to apply the quality management standards academically and administratively as per the local and global standards and reinforce the levels of competitiveness in the university.  Thus concurs with the meeting of quality management and accreditation center in the presence of prof.Dr. Mohamed Mohammedy Ghanem, the head of the center and the members of the board. During the meeting, the University president thanks prof.Dr. Saad Mahmoud Saad, the former head of the center for his efforts wishing him more success and prosperity.
