Benha University organizes, on Thursday at 10 a.m., the first forum of developing the education from 22-2-2017 to 25-2-2017. The forum is attended by the prof.Dr. Khalid Abd El-Gafer, the minister of higher education, prof.Dr. Tarek Shawky, the minister of education and general. Mahmoud Ashmawy, the Qulubia governor.

Benha University organizes many workshops in its faculties to warn the employees against corruption from 18-2-2017 to 28-2-2017. These workshops are in the frame of the university’s plan to fight corruption. These workshops are held under the auspices of the minister of higher education and prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-kady, the university president.

 Benha University organizes a number of workshops for the conference of developing the pre-university education as the participants discuss the criteria of the quality of education, suggesting the best rules for selecting the leaders in the educational edifices and presenting a plan of training the alumni of the university to be able to meet the demands of the marketplace. It has been greed that Tuesday, 14-2-2017 is the day in which the talk and workshops will be continued and the final recommendations will be also issued. This event takes place under the auspices of Prof.Dr. Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president and it is attended by prof.Dr. Ibrahim Fouda, the dean of the faculty of education, prof.Dr. Saad Muhammad Saad, the head of the quality management center, prof.Dr. Muhammad Selim, the vice manger of the quality management center, prof.Dr. Hend abd Allah, the vice manger of the quality management center for the administrative and the financial affairs and prof.Dr. Moshbeh El-Kehily, the general manager of the youth care department.   

Benha university council honors, in its session on Tuesday evening under the presidency of prof.Dr. El-Sayed El-Kady, five students from the faculty of engineering- Benha who obtains the sixth position at the international contest for Robots in India. This contest lasted for three days with nine Arab and foreign countries represented by 12 teams. The students were overjoyed by the praise that was heaped on them by prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of the community service and environment development, prof.Dr. Hesham Abu- Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research and the faculties’ deans.    

Benha University presents some applications that enhance the scientific researchers in the university.

The British Company “Quacquarelli Symonds” (QS) has announced its ranking of 2016 on Tuesday, 14/06/2016 and even though the strong competition this year between more than 300Arab Universities (public and private), Benha University has kept its rank between top 100 of the best Arab Universities according to QS ranking for the Arab region 2016.

The kid university in Benha University announced that the summer course was inaugurated on Sunday, 21-8-2016 under the auspices of prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the university president. The ceremony was held in the presence of Hesham Abu- Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and researches, Prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the general supervisor of the university hostels and the kid university, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim EL-Sayed Ahmed, the coordinator of the kid university.

Benha University participated in the "International Visitor of Leaders" program in the United States of America in the realm of higher education on Sunday, 21-8-2016 supported by the American ministry of foreign affairs. Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu el- Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and researches stressed that Prof. Dr. Nasser El- official representative the university. Many universities participated in this program like Al-Azhur University, Ein-shams University, Beni- Suif University and Aswan University. The program sought to get acquainted with the high education systems of the American Universities and exploring the new ways of education such as remote learning, education via the internet, developing the education curriculums and signing international memos. The Egyptian delegation visited many American Universities to get acquainted with the educational system there. 

 Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, Benha University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs and Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs have met Mr. Zain Abbas, the Iraqi Consul in Cairo by the attendance of the deans of the faculties of arts and law to enhance the cooperation ways between the Egyptian Higher Education and the Iraqi Embassy in Cairo as well as encourage the Iraqi students to study in Benha University.
