Invitation for students of Benha University to register in Development of Thinking and Managerial Skills (DTMS) Program through “Pathways to Higher Education” Project and in cooperation with the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University and Ford Foundation for Development. The project aims to improve skills of students and alumni in the fields of thinking and management. The program of the Project includes: Development of Thinking and Managerial Skills (Managerial Approach - Behavioral Approach - Knowledge Approach - Development of English Skills - Enhancement of Entrepreneurship Skills).

     The training program to improve the efficiency of Management Information System (MIS) engineers has been started on Tuesday 8/07/2015.

The instructor of that training program is Dr. Essam El Sayed, the assistant lecturer at the faculty of Engineering in Shubra and the expert in databases at the Supreme Council of Universities. The training program includes:

-        Databases

-        Design and Development of Applications by ASP.net

-        Web Design Services

     Under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the President of Benha University and in the presence of Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development; Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs; and Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches’ Affairs; the Council of Benha University mourned the People and the Egyptian Judiciary in the martyrdom of Mr. Hesham Barakat, the Attorney General. 

Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs received a number of students from the University of Science and Technology, Nile University in Sudan and Philadelphia University in Jordon in the frame of cooperation protocol and student exchange with the University. 
This delegation was supervised by Prof. Dr. Gamal Sousa, the General Supervisor of the University Hostels; Prof. Dr. Iman El Bitar, the Vice-dean of the Faculty of Nursing; and Prof. Dr. Khalid El Eissawy, the General Coordinator of Student Activities. 

The General Department of Organization and Administration in Benha University announced that the plan of civil defense and fire has been prepared for the academic year 2014/2015 throughout training some employees on civil defense at the University, faculties and hospitals. 

   The Management of Military Education, Benha University organized a seminar under the title of “Role of the Egyptian Army in Protecting Egypt throughout History” in the presence of: 
- Prof. Dr. Soliman Mustafa, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs
- Major General/ Fouad Fayod, the Military and Strategic Expert
- Colonel/ Weal Mekky, the Military advisor to Benha University
- Lieutenant Colonel/ Bashir Raouf, the Manager of Military Education.

    In the frame of cooperation between Benha University and the International Labour Organization “ILO” to find appropriate jobs for youth, a delegation from the University has met under the presidency of Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and Environment Development Affairs with a delegation from ILO to start in preparing training programs to train the graduates of the faculty of agriculture and the University on small enterprise for producing greenhouses vegetables and Bee's honey.
