Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, and Prof. Dr. Gehan Abdel Hady, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research and Acting Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and in cooperation with EU Jeel Connect Egypt – EU MedBridge, Benha University is organizing a youth event entitled:
"Empowering a Generation Ready for International Mobility"
The event targets Benha University students and aims to introduce them to the diverse European and international opportunities available to young people, while enhancing their readiness to participate in international mobility and exchange programs, scholarships, training opportunities, volunteering initiatives, and skills development activities.
The event will provide participants with comprehensive information about scholarships, mobility programs, training and volunteering opportunities, and youth initiatives. It will also highlight opportunities offered through the Erasmus+ Program and explain application procedures for students and young people. In addition, the event will focus on the skills, mindset, and digital tools that help young people compete successfully in international programs and the global labor market. Participants will also learn about different types of scholarships, effective ways to search for them, and how to prepare competitive applications.
The program will feature inspiring success stories from young people who have secured international scholarships and opportunities, alongside interactive activities and games. Participants will also have the chance to engage directly with speakers and internationally experienced young graduates, asking questions and benefiting from their practical experiences.
Held under the slogan "Connecting Youth with Global Opportunities," the event seeks to help young people discover where to find international opportunities, understand how to apply for them, and begin preparing today to benefit from future global experiences.
The event will take place on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Grand Celebration Hall, Benha University Colleges Complex. It is open to students from all faculties of Benha University, as well as members of student clubs and activities. The event will be conducted in Arabic.
