As part of the faculty’s commitment to supporting mental health and enhancing job performance efficiency, the Psychological Support Unit at the faculty announces the organization of a seminar titled:

“Between Achievement and Burnout: Smart Management of Work Stress”

Not all hard work means achievement…
And sometimes what we call achievement
Is actually burnout.

In our daily work environment, we all face multiple pressures…

 But the key question remains:
Do we manage these pressures, or do they consume us?

The Unit invites you to an interactive space through this seminar that will help you to:

  • Understand the nature of work stress and its impact.
  • Differentiate between real achievement and burnout.
  • Acquire practical methods for managing stress effectively.

Because a healthy work environment starts with a balanced individual… be part of the experience.
Your work matters… but your well‑being matters more.
